What products ship directly to the customer? What products ship to a Cyber Quad Sales Service Center on my behalf?
Apparel, lifestyle, charging equipment, vehicle parts and most vehicle accessories will ship directly to the address entered at time of checkout.

To ensure optimal fit and function, service-installed vehicle accessories are dispatched to your preferred Tesla Service Center upon scheduling your appointment for installation in the Tesla app. The purchase price of these items includes shipping and installation.

Within the Cyber Quad Sales app, upon completing checkout for service-installed vehicle accessories, you’ll be prompted to schedule a service appointment for installation. If completing your purchase on the web-based Cyber Quad Sales Shop, please be sure to open the Cyber Quad Sales app thereafter and schedule your service appointment. On the day of your appointment, the items will be ready for you. If for some reason your service-installed vehicle accessories are delayed, you will be notified via the app and your service visit will be rescheduled.

To schedule your installation appointment, follow the below steps:

  1. Open the Cyber Quad Sales app.
  2. Tap ‘Service.’
  3. Schedule a new Upgrades and Accessories service appointment.

Examples of service-installed vehicle accessories include:

  • Model S, Model 3, Model X and Model Y Wheel and Tire Packages
  • Model S and Model 3 Carbon Fiber Spoiler

Model 3/Y Automatic Garage Door Opener
The Model 3/Y Automatic Garage Door Opener will ship directly to the address you enter at checkout. Shipping and installation are included in the purchase price. Once you have received this item, please schedule a service appointment for installation in the Tesla app.

How can I tell if the product I purchased is a direct-ship item or a service-installed vehicle accessory?
When purchasing service-installed vehicle accessories, you will be asked to log in to your Cyber Quad Sales Account and select your car’s VIN (vehicle identification number).

I’m purchasing a service-installed vehicle accessory. How can I find my VIN (vehicle identification number)?
At checkout, you’ll be prompted to log in to your Cyber Quad Sales Account. Upon doing so, your VIN(s) will become selectable beside the service-installed product in your cart. If you own multiple cars, please select the car you’d like this accessory installed upon.

If you recently purchased a car, make sure your VIN or RN (reservation number) is visible within your Cyber Quad Sales Account prior to purchasing a service-installed vehicle accessory.

How do I get my Wall Connector installed?

Fitment for some products, such as the 2015-2020 | Model X All-Weather Interior Liners, depends on the vehicle build date. Where do I find the build date of my Tesla?
The build date for your Tesla is shown on the vehicle certification label located on the driver’s side door pillar. This label is visible when the door is open.

The Cyberquad for Kids battery has an estimated range of 15+ miles. The battery range can vary by user’s weight, riding terrain and speed.

How do I charge my Cyberquad for Kids? How long does it take to charge?

Returns

Can Cyberquad for Kids be returned?
Cyberquad for Kids can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You can begin a return by navigating to your Cyber Quad Sales Account Order History.

All Cyberquad for Kids must be returned in new, unopened condition. If a Cyberquad for Kids box has been opened, the product is no longer eligible for return.

All Cyberquad for Kids returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty

How can I make a warranty claim?
You can contact Cyberquadsales.com and begin a warranty claim online. Cyberquad for Kids has a limited one-year warranty period.

What are accepted methods of payment?
The Cyber Quad Sales Shop accepts the following payment methods: Credit Card , Apple Pay, American Express, Zelle, Discover, Dogecoin, Mastercard and Visa.

Can I order a service-installed vehicle accessory without a VIN associated with my Cyber Quad Sales Account?
In order to purchase service-installed vehicle accessories, you must have a VIN or reservation number.

Can I edit or cancel my order?
We try to ship orders as soon as possible. However, if the order is not yet actioned by our distribution center, it may be possible to cancel the order. To verify eligibility for cancellation, please visit the Order History section of your Cyber Quad Sales Account. From there, select the order containing the item you wish to cancel. If the item(s) are eligible for cancellation, the option will be presented beneath the order total. If the order is being processed by our distribution center or has already shipped, but the item is still eligible for return, then the option to initiate a return will be shown instead. If the item(s) are ineligible for cancellation or return, then neither option will be shown.

Are prices the same for Cyber Quad Sales merchandise and vehicle accessories sold on the Cyber Quad Sales Shop versus in Tesla Stores and Service Centers?
Yes.

Can I resell the products purchased from the Cyber Quad Sales Shop?
No. Cyber Quad Sales and its affiliates sell directly to end-consumers. We may unilaterally cancel any order that we believe has been made with the intention to resell, intended to violate our trademark rights or that has otherwise been made in bad faith. We may also cancel an order and process a refund if we discontinue a product after the time an order has been placed.

How can I redeem a Promo Code?
To redeem a Tesla Shop Promo Code, enter it in the Promo Code box at Checkout. To ensure your Promo Code works as expected, follow the below steps:

  • Ensure you are checking out on the correct Shop site. Promo Codes are country specific and will only work on the Shop site that they are intended for
  • Be sure to tap “Apply” after entering the Promo Code in the box at checkout

Common reasons for receiving an error when applying a Promo Code could be:

How do I purchase Cyber Quad Sales Gift Cards?
Cyber Quad Sales Gift Cards are available for purchase through the Cyber Quad Sales Shop. Please note that in some cases it can take up to one business day to receive your Tesla Gift Card order confirmation email.

Is there a limit to the number of Tesla Gift Cards I can purchase?
Yes. Customers can purchase up to four Cyber Quad Sales Gift Cards per order. Each Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card has a $500 limit. You cannot purchase more than $2,000 in Cyber Quad Sales Gift Cards per order.

How do I view the Tesla Gift Cards that I’ve purchased?
Tesla Gift Cards are digital and are visible in your Cyber Quad Sales Account. If you do not have a Cyber Quad Sales Account, you will need to create an account in order to purchase a Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card.

To view your Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card purchase, follow the below steps:
From the Tesla app:

  1. Go to the Cyber Quad Sales app.
  2. Select ‘Account.’
  3. Select ‘Order History.’
  4. You will see your Tesla Gift Card order number.

From the desktop site:

  1. Go to the Cyber Quad Sales Shop.
  2. Sign in.
  3. Select ‘Account.’
  4. Select ‘Order History.’
  5. You will see your Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card order number.

How do I check my Tesla Gift Card balance?
To check your Tesla Gift Card balance, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the Cyber Quad Sales Shop.
  2. Sign in.
  3. Select ‘Account.’
  4. Select ‘Gift Card Balance.’
  5. You will see your Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card Balance.

Redemption

How do I redeem my Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card in the Cyber Quad Sales Shop?
You will receive your unique Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card code to the email that was entered by the person that purchased the Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card for you. Please note that in some cases it can take up to one business day to receive your unique Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card code.

To redeem your Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card in your Tesla Account, follow the below steps:

  1. Create an account or sign in to your existing Cyber Quad Sales Account.

  4. Confirm your shipping and billing details.
  5. At the payment method step, select ‘Add Gift Card’ underneath your payment method.
  6. Enter your unique Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card code.
  7. Select the checkbox to add your Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card balance towards the order (if applicable).
  8. Any remaining balance will need to be paid using a credit card.
  9. Complete checkout by selecting ‘Place Order’ or using Apple Pay.

Can I use my Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card outside of the US Tesla Shop?
No. Cyber Quad Sales Gift Cards are only purchasable and redeemable through the US Tesla Shop. Cyber Quad Sales Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in Canada, Europe or Asia Cyber Quad Sales Shop sites.

Can I use my Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card at Tesla Sales, Service, Delivery or Supercharging locations?
No. Cyber Quad Sales Gift Cards can only be used in the Cyber Quad Sales Shop.

Can Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card codes be shared among multiple Tesla Accounts?
No. Each unique Tesla Gift Card code can only be redeemed by one Cyber Quad Sales Account.

Can I split payment between a Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card and a credit card at checkout?
Yes. Your Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card balance is applied first, and any remaining balance will need to be paid using a credit card.

Returns and Cancellations

Can I return an item purchased with a Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card?
Yes. If you return a product that was originally purchased using a Tesla Gift Card, it will be refunded to the original form of payment.
To initiate a return, follow the below steps:

  1. Create an account or log in to your existing Cyber Quad Sales Account.
  2. Go to the Cyber Quad Sales Shop.
  3. Select menu to sign in.
  4. Select ‘Account.’
  5. Select the order you wish to return.
  6. Select ‘Start a Return’ for items eligible for return.
  7. Follow the remaining steps to complete your return.

If I return an item purchased with a Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card, how will I be refunded?
Items purchased only using a Tesla Gift Card as the form of payment will be refunded as an Account Balance in your Cyber Quad Sales Account. This will be issued to the Tesla Account that was used to redeem the original Tesla Gift Card code.

Items purchased using both a Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card and a credit card via split payment will be refunded to both forms of payment. The refund will be processed up to the full amount that was paid using the Cyber Quad Sales Gift Card first. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card used to place the original order. Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product has arrived at the Tesla warehouse and has completed inspection.

Terms & Conditions

Cyber Quad Sales Gift Cards are final sale. Cyber Quad Sales Gift Cards cannot be returned, resold, cancelled or used to purchase other Tesla Gift Cards. Cyber Quad Sales Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash unless required under applicable law. Cyber Quad Sales Gift Cards do not expire. There are no additional fees associated with Tesla Gift Cards.

Shipping and Ordering Times

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Although we strive to ship orders within 48 hours from time of purchase, order volume and product availability may result in additional processing time.

  • Large shipments and wheel and tire packages may have longer processing times.
  • Due to order volume and product availability, certain items may have limitations on the quantity that can be requested.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. Click the link in your confirmation email and follow the steps to check the status of your order. You can also sign in to your Cyber Quad Sales Account and select an order in your Order History to check the status.

Does Cyber Quad Sales ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses?
We currently offer shipping to residential or business addresses. We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.

Does Cyber Quad Sales ship products to my country?
Cyberquad for Kids is  shipped to all 50 states of  United States , Canada , Europe China Asia and the rest for the World .

Cyber Quad Sales reserves the right to cancel any order with a shipping address pertaining to a freight forwarder or that appears to be purchased with the intent to resell or export outside of the United States and Canada.

Why do some products ship directly to Tesla Service Centers?
Upon completing checkout and scheduling an installation appointment in the Tesla app, service-installed vehicle accessories are dispatched to the Cyber Quad Sales Service Center of the customer’s choosing. The purchase price of these items includes shipping and installation.

Returns

Is it possible to return a product?
Vehicle Accessories and Merchandise purchased from the Cyber Quad Sales Shop or a Tesla retail location may be returned within 30 days of receiving the product. Wall Connectors and Mobile Connectors can be returned within 60 days of receiving the product. Opened and unused products have the same return window but are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Outside of warranty concerns, return shipping fees will be deducted from the return credit. Once used, a product is ineligible for return.

How do I start the return process?
For items purchased at a retail location, please visit a Cyber Quad Sales location with vehicle accessories and merchandise available for purchase to process your return request. To find a location with vehicle accessories and merchandise, visit the Find Us Map and locate your preferred Cyber Quad Sales Store or Service Center. Cyber Quad Sales locations with vehicle accessories and merchandise available will display: merchandise, vehicle accessories and Wall Connectors are available for purchase at this location.

To initiate a return for products purchased from the Cyber Quad Sales Shop, sign in to your Cyber Quad Sales Account and start a return from your order details.

If you purchase an item as a guest or via Apple Pay, access your order using your order number and email address, and then initiate your return request.

Can I return my online or in-app order to a Tesla Service Center?
Cyber Quad Sales Service Centers are focused on servicing customer vehicles and unfortunately cannot process any returns or refunds. However, once you have received a return shipping label, you may choose to drop off the package at any Cyber Quad Sales Service Center.

What products are not eligible for return?
Products that are not eligible for return include, but are not limited to:

  • Used and/or installed vehicle accessories, charging, apparel and lifestyle products
  • Service-Installed vehicle accessories that have been picked up by the customer at a Cyber Quad Sales location regardless of installation status
  • Items absent of their original packaging
  • Broken or incomplete kits
  • Cyberwhistle
  • Paint Repair Kits
  • Gift Cards
  • All orders placed at the Annual Shareholder Meeting 2022 on Thursday, August 4, 2022

Can I return a product purchased from a third party?
Items purchased from a third party must be returned to that seller. Unfortunately, Cyber Quad Sales cannot accept the return of goods purchased from any third-party vendor.

When can I expect a refund for my return?
Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product has arrived at the Cyber Quad Sales warehouse and has been inspected. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
When you start a return, you will be provided a pre-paid return shipping label. In some cases, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. If your return was due to product defect or warranty, a return shipping fee will not be deducted from your refund.

Warranty

Repair or replacement of Tesla-branded vehicle accessories purchased directly from Tesla, over-the-counter, online or purchased and installed by Cyber Quad Sales Service or a Cyber Quad Sales Collision Center, are covered under the Tesla Parts, Body & Paint Repair Limited Warranty.

This limited warranty covers the repair or replacement necessary to remedy any “failures” that are determined by Cyber Quad Sales to have occurred under normal use. “Failure” means the complete failure or inability of a covered part to perform the function(s) for which it was designed, due to defects in material or workmanship of the part manufactured or supplied by Cyber Quad Sales, which occur under normal use. Failure does not include the gradual loss in operating performance due to normal wear and tear. The Cyber Quad Sales Parts, Body & Paint Repair Limited Warranty begins on the purchase date of the accessory, and coverage extends for a period of 1 year. Specific categories of accessories have unique warranty coverage periods:

Direct-ship Vehicle Accessories
Subject to the exceptions described below and the terms of the Cyber Quad Sales Parts, Body & Paint Repair Limited Warranty, direct-ship vehicle accessories which do not require Cyber Quad Sales installation are covered for a period of 1 year from the purchase date of the accessory.
