The recon wood veneer is the exact same material as the wood dash in your Model 3 & Y, so it’s smooth, and UV-protected with 3 layers of Italian lacquer to prevent fading. Finally, a polyurethane top coat is added to protect from water staining. To get the exact look of the dash, we’ve sourced materials from Germany and Italy to find the perfect mix.
